On January 19, all social networks began discussing the beginning of the defence of Moscow and adjacent territories. The photos clearly show the cranes. They immersed SA-22 Greyhound systems on the roofs of houses in the capital. Later it became known that protective installations appeared in the suburbs of Moscow near the residence of Putin in Novo-Ogarevo on the Rublevo-Uspensky highway.
On January 20, Bloomberg published an explanation of what was happening. According to the respected publication, The Russian Federation considers Ukraine guilty of attacking its bases. However, Kyiv has not made any official statements about this. But Moscow decided to protect the most valuable – the capital and expensive residences. Note that this is while military bases in the occupied territories daily fall into the official list of Ukraine's targets and are successfully destroyed. But Bloomberg reports that Moscow has installed air defence systems due to fear of being attacked by Ukrainian drones.
We will remind you that during the year of the war, the country received not only drones from partners but also innovative drones from Ukrainian developers.
So suddenly, Moscow replaced ambition and the "Blitzkrieg" for the defence of the "heart" of the country.
