Ukrainian IT product company LIGA: ZAKON introduced a new platform for the digitalization of contractual work and business risk management - called Contractum. The presentation took place in an online format with the participation of legal experts and product developers.

Contractum is a cloud-based system that automates the work with contracts and allows you to minimize risks at all stages of work with contracts from receiving customer requirements to set up a contract for monitoring and tracking it.

The new IT solution combines the functionality of LIGA: ZAKON products, which makes it possible to receive complete information on the main aspects of a particular agreement in a single LIGA360 window. In particular, we are talking about information regarding counterparties who are parties to the contract, information on monitoring dates and legislative changes, as well as external risk factors that may affect the performance of the contract.

The new Contractum system allows you to analyze not only your contracts but also draft contracts received from contractors.

The user will be able to streamline all of his contracts, creating a clear storage structure adapted to his business processes. At the same time, files and folders can be moved, deleted, and new ones created.

For convenient work with a large number of documents, there is a search and navigation system. An integral part of such a repository is a passport and a preview of the contract, it makes it possible to get acquainted with the text of the document without loading a text editor, as well as see its main elements.

The contractual work automation system Contractum allows you to promptly receive notifications about changes and events related to the contract.
