The president of Ukraine by phone told the president of the European Commission the details of the Russian terrorist attack against a residential building in Uman. The Russian rocket killed 23 people, including 4 children, the youngest of whom, the girl Veronica, was 2 years old.
An equally important topic was the ban of some EU countries on the import of Ukrainian agricultural products. The president called these restrictions "artificial and illegal," which economically and politically works against Ukraine.
"I am convinced that in the conditions of war with Russia, Ukraine as a candidate country and the European Union should always adhere to the provisions of the Association Agreement and the rules and regulations of the EU Single Market," Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
