As part of the "African peace plan", the train brought to Kyiv: the president of the Comoros Islands and the head of the African Union, Azali Assoumani, the presidents of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa and Senegal Macky Sall, the president of Zambia Hakaindi Hichilema, the president of Senegal Macky Sall, the prime minister of Egypt Mustafa Madbouly, minister of foreign affairs of Uganda Jeje Odongo.
Negotiations with Volodymyr Zelenskyy regarding the "African peace plan" are expected. President Cyril Ramaphosa is Putin's biggest ally in Africa, and his "peace plan" includes easing sanctions against the aggressor country and a pause in the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for Putin.
Why is Ukraine glad to welcome representatives of states that support Putin and supply Russia with weapons? Because Ukraine strives for just peace. Our state welcomes peaceful mediation under the following conditions:
- No decisions about Ukraine without Ukraine's participation;
- No trades with the territories of Ukraine;
- No war freeze.
During the meeting between the American delegation and president Zelenskyy, the parties will discuss the implementation of the Ukrainian peace formula.
