The Ukrainian agency Saga Development is working on the О2 Residence complex. It is located in the middle of a forest 20 km from the center of Kyiv and belongs to the city village format — when a person lives in nature but remains within the city. By the end of construction, residential buildings will be adjacent to a lake, a landscaped embankment, eco-farms, and a large green area.
At the same time, shops, cafes, restaurants, medical offices, a kindergarten, a school, and development centers will operate here. The project's global goal is to enable people to live near nature while preserving standard urban amenities.
Together with Soda Creative&Digital (a Ukrainian creative digital agency), Saga Development has launched a campaign to demonstrate the benefits of living close to nature. As a result, traffic to the location doubled, and sales increased by 50%.
Considering the task, Soda Creative&Digital decided to move away from the usual advertising of developers — with happy people "from photo stocks" against the background of the project buildings. And they created creatives that tell about life in nature.
In people's eyes, O2 Residence is not just another residential complex. These are walks near the lake, playing sports in a beautiful view, a kindergarten in an environmentally friendly place, and quality rest in a calm environment. In general, a new lifestyle is close to nature, but with all the amenities.
