The Cabinet of Ministers has supported the bill on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, said the press service of the Ministry of Finance
"The main purpose of these changes is to ensure the balance of budget revenues. We plan to achieve this by countering tax evasion schemes, creating a transparent, competitive environment, improving the efficient use of economic resources of the country", — commented Minister of Finance Sergei Marchenko.
The Tax Code gives the government the right to submit a bill to Parliament before June 1 on the tax rates defined in absolute values (excise tax, environmental tax and rents), taking into account the index of consumer prices, producer price index of industrial products.
For entrepreneurs and citizens the bill proposes an exemption from personal income tax for state support received not directly from the budget, but from the invest.com/investing-in-ukraine/starting-business-in-ukraine/build-an-enterprise/" rel="dofollow">Enterprise Development Fund or the Innovation Development Fund (state programs "Affordable Mortgage 7%" and "Affordable loans 5-7-9%").
