On July 3, the International center for prosecution of the crime of aggression of Russia opened

A special investigation centre has been established and will operate on the basis of the EU Criminal Justice Cooperation Agency. The International Center will analyse the evidences of the crimes of Russians in Ukraine, supplement them by exchange of information and analysis, to form criminal cases. The results of the work of the International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine will be used in the trials in The Hague.

National prosecutors will work at the center. In addition, Eurojust will provide all possible support: operational, legal, financial and logistical and data storage, etc. It was important to note that the international court would prosecute only serious international crimes. These include genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity. It is not the country, but each person to the war, whose guilt will be proven, who will be held accountable.

The war participants of the Russian Federation committed more than 70.000 crimes in one year and 5 months.
