According to the minister of economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko, she hopes that in the coming years these priorities will play an important role in the partnership strategy of Ukraine and the World Bank.
The Ukrainian side counts on the expert support of the World Bank on reforming state-owned enterprises and attracting investment in public-private partnerships. The World Bank could also provide expert support in land reform, energy transition, critical and social infrastructure rehabilitation.
The Bank's technical assistance will help increase the competitiveness of the private sector, improve the general business climate and the institutional support system for Ukrainian exporters.
The Bank's advisory services include, in particular, diagnostics of Ukraine's trade competitiveness, research, and analysis of technology implementation and digital transformation, environmental competitiveness analysis, a set of export support tools, and technical assistance.
