"The Ministry of agrarian policy and food reports that 42 land transactions have been carried out in Ukraine over the past 24 hours. The largest number of them took place in Vinnytsia and Poltava regions — five each," the press service added.
Since the beginning of the land market, in just 7 days, 3,074 notaries have applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. 956 of them — agreed, 44 — are in the queue for consideration, 481 — denied.
It should be remembered that by 2024 only natural citizens of Ukraine with a limit of 100 hectares can buy agricultural land. According to the Ministry of agrarian policy, if in 2024 a referendum will be held, foreigners can buy land.
The rent can bring the investor 10-15% per annum, calculated by the head of the local assets management unit of the investment company ICU Grigory Ovcharenko.
In the most attractive regions in 2024 the land will rise in price by 20% per year, predicts Bashlyk, an expert on geodesy, cartography, and cadastre of Ukraine. According to him, the demand for areas away from ports and major transport hubs, in the border, and in areas with arid climates will be low.
Among the most popular regions to buy land in Ukraine are:

According to analysts, these regions have the highest yields, which affected the price of land.
