The Process of Registration Business in Ukraine Becomes Easier

On July 15, the bill № 5495 that was approved by the Parliament of Ukraine, was recently adopted. Now for business registration, only one electronic application is required

The law applies to the most popular economic activities. This was stated by deputy minister of economy for digital development, digital transformations, and digitization Ihor Diyadyura during the forum Digitalization of the investing-in-ukraine/service-for-investors/accounting/" rel="dofollow">accounting profession: problems of the present and prospects for the future.

“Earlier, to open a hairdresser, you had to visit many authorities and get 18 permits. Now it is enough to submit one electronic application, which will start a chain of automated processes, and as a result, the entrepreneur will receive a ready-made package of documents without wasting extra time and resources. Now it will be much easier to start your own business,” said Ihor Diyadyura.

The main goal of the project is to digitize all permit and license registers and create a single user-friendly electronic interface for business on a Diia portal. It is through this resource that you can apply and obtain all permits. Recently, specialists from the Ministry of economy and the State Labor Service have jointly digitized the most popular experimental government project E-Dozvil.

Today, the issue of transition from paper to the Internet is quite relevant, because more and more Ukrainians use services in electronic form. In particular, only 573 thousand people have used electronic public services through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services since 2020.
