Land reform has been working for more than 100 days. This reform provides Ukrainians with the opportunity to dispose of agricultural land.
"Currently, there are no complaints about the legislative mechanism for implementing land reform, the first months of the land market have proved its efficiency. On the first day, when the law on the circulation of agricultural land came into force, the notarization of transactions concerning the alienation of land began. Thank you to the notaries who were not afraid to be the first,” said first deputy minister of justice Yevhen Horovets.
Since the beginning of the reform, more than 28,000 transactions have already been registered for the alienation of agricultural land this year. Such dynamics indicate that the market has acquired all the signs of stability, and the relevant infrastructure is fully ready to meet the interests of potential sellers and buyers.
