The US Department of state published a new Conflict Observatory report documenting the testimony of Kherson residents who were under Russian occupation until November 11, 2022.
The report recorded data on torture, missings and deaths of Ukrainians under Russian occupation. The report is based on the testimony of more than 220 Ukrainians "who are victims, survivors, or witnesses to torture and other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment — including gender-based violence."
Representatives of the US embassy in Ukraine call on Russia to stop the detention and disappearance of Ukrainians, withdraw troops from the territory of our state and stop the war. The US diplomatic corps in Ukraine claims that Russia is obliged to "end a war that it cannot and will not win – no matter how brutal its tactics."
We remind you that as of November 20, Russia kidnapped and took out more than 600.000 Ukrainian children.
