Two Diia centers have been opened in Lanivtsi (Ternopil region) and Ivanivka (Chernihiv region).
This is a universal space with a set of all necessary services, convenient services and additional opportunities for Ukrainians. In May, the Ministry of digital transformation selected 165 communities to receive state assistance in the amount of ₴231 million ($8,7 mln) under a subvention for the development of a network of administrative service centers.
The premises of the centers are inclusive, have a coworking area and a conference room. In addition, Diia centers have self-service spaces where Ukrainians can use the Diia portal. The administrators of the center will teach you to use the portal, help and tell you how to get the right service online. This will allow many people to receive services on their own in the future and improve citizens' digital skills.
The Ministry of digital transformation seeks to increase the number of administrative service centers in the Diia network.
