Minister of economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko met with the representative of the UAE, state minister of artificial intelligence, digital economy and programs of remote work Omar Bin Sultan Al Olam. During the meeting, the sides discussed deepening IT interaction and adopting the agreement on a comprehensive economic partnership.
The representative of the Arab Emirates drew attention to the successful implementation of electronic services in Ukraine. The Diia app attracted the Arab minister through architecture service. Omar Bin Sultan Al Olama said he wanted to use the methods of developing the Ukrainian service in his country. The Ukrainian side, in turn, noted the need to deepen the use of artificial intelligence tools. Such development of Ukrainian IT is necessary for forecasting economic development in the country.
Recall that app based on the Diia method is already used abroad. For example, Ukraine is participating in the European Union e-wallet project. The ministry of the economy reported that the IT sphere continues to develop in the country and abroad even during the war. In 2022, the IT industry earned $7.34 billion to export services.
