UAH $4 million to Support Ukrainian Farmers in 2022

In 2022, the funding of the Ukrainian State Fund for Support of Farms will be increased to $4 million

This news was announced by the first deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Taras Vysotskyy during his working trip to the Odesa region, the press service of the Ukrainian congress of farmers reported on September 14.

"$4 million is the already planned amount, but negotiations are underway to increase the amount to $2 million. In addition, it is planned to increase the term of lending to small farmers to 10 years. That is, small and medium-sized" rel="dofollow">agricultural producers of Ukraine will receive a tool for the purchase of land within the functioning of the land market," said the deputy minister.

As reminded in the Ukrainian congress of farmers, Ukrgosfond is the state budgetary institution that carries out functions on implementation of state policy in the field of support and development of farms.

Loans are provided by the fund on a repayable basis in the amount of not more than $2 million, with the provision of the obligation to return budget funds for up to 5 years, for the production, processing, and sale of products.
