These aircraft will be used for training future pilots at the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
According to a statement by the Polish State Agency for Strategic Reserves (RARS) and a corresponding announcement from Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Vasyl Bodnar:
“Two Mi-8 helicopters and one Bell 412-HP were transferred to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, where they will be used for training and instruction of future pilots,” the RARS press release stated.
