Ukraine and Estonia to Launch Joint Defense Production
Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal held talks with Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur on expanding cooperation in the defense-industrial sector, including the creation of joint defense production facilities.

Strategic Importance
Shmyhal stressed the importance of timely delivery of all military aid and called for increased pressure on the aggressor. Ukraine views Estonia’s solidarity and consistent support as vital to strengthening its defense capabilities and sustaining its fight against Russian aggression.
This partnership reinforces Ukraine’s strategy to localize and co-produce defense equipment with trusted European allies, ensuring faster production, technology transfer, and operational readiness.
