"This year, the company received an advance and began to fulfill the largest contract in the last 10-15 years for the supply of R-27 missiles worth more than $200 million. This is a huge amount of work for us for several years," said the company's director Volodymyr Zymin.
In May 2020, Defense Express announced contracts for the supply of R-27 medium-range air-to-air missiles worth $ 221 million, as well as test equipment for P-27 missiles (Gurt-M complex) worth $26 million.

R-27 "air-to-air" missiles intercept and destroy aircraft (manned and unmanned) and cruise missiles. R-27 has a three-module design: hardware unit with a guidance head, combat unit, solid propellant engine. R-27 missiles are part of the armament of MiG and Su aircraft. The range of application varies from 50 to 110 km depending on the version.
