On April 25, Denys Shmyhal named 6 towns destroyed by the Russian war, which will be rebuilt from scratch:
- Kyiv region — Borodyanka and Moschun;
- Sumy region — Trostyanets;
- Kherson region — Posad-Pokrovske;
- Kharkiv region — Cirkuny;
- Chernihiv region — Yahidne.
"All these settlements suffered terrible destruction. Now they will be comprehensively restored. This means that not individual buildings and structures will be rebuilt, but everything — with a systemic approach, new planning and complete transformation of these settlements," Denys Shmyhal.
Of course, these are not the Ukrainian cities of Ukraine in which the reconstruction began. However, it is precisely in these towns reconstruction will be held within the experimental system. In the future, the same practice will be implemented in the reconstruction of the remaining territories of Ukraine.
