On September 10, Ukraine won 2nd place in the qualification for Euro-2024, having drawn with the England team. Ukraine was the host, but due to the Russian war, the match took place at a stadium in Wroclaw, Poland. In the 26th minute, Olexandr Zinchenko scored a goal against England, and in the 41st — Kyle Walker. The Ukrainian team held off the British until the end of the match. Thus, with a 1:1 result, Ukraine took 2nd place in the standings of the qualifying championship for Euro-2024. England is in 1st place yet.
