More predictable customs preparation
Ukraine has added a search tool for Binding Tariff Information decisions from EU customs administrations to the Single Window for International Trade. The service gives businesses access to practical European examples of how goods are described, classified and justified under tariff rules.
The tool can be used by decision number, issue period, issuing country, goods code, code range, keywords, product characteristics and properties. For each decision, users can review the product description, code, classification reasoning and supporting materials in the original language.

For importers, exporters, customs brokers and logistics companies, classification risk is a real cost. A disputed code can delay clearance, change payments, block delivery schedules and create conflict with customs authorities.
