According to the customs statistics of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, in June, revenue from the export of ferrous metals amounted to $1,23 billion, which is 103,4% more than in June 2020.
Import of ferrous metals in January-June increased by 22,4%, to $570 million. In June, the figure was $129,2 million. This is 50% more compared to June last year.
In addition, in 2020 Ukraine reduced the export of metal products by 13,2% — to $904,533 million. For the year, the import of metal products decreased by 20% — to $879,687 million.
