The PM of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, said within the E-Recovery program were developed conditions to get compensation for lost or damaged housing due to the war. The compensation certificates are now available in Diia. To receive help from the state, victims of the war need to submit the necessary documents. Subsequently, the corresponding certificate appears in the user's Diia account. Shmyhal notes that it will be possible to purchase housing on a certificate from November this year.
In addition, the state continues to work on the payment of targeted funds to victims for repairs of damaged housing under the program E-Recovery. The cabinet of ministers considered and approved the payment of financial assistance to 16.000 families.
