Ukraine has activated its State-Level Urban Planning Cadastre Geoportal, giving government bodies, architects, engineers, and certified experts digital access to urban development documentation.
Part of a broader digital renewal reform, the platform integrates seven national registries to streamline construction and reconstruction processes while strengthening oversight. Through electronic offices for customers, developers, and reviewers, users can upload documents, verify geodata automatically, and access materials in real time.
To date, over 1,015 communities are connected, with 1,843 approved planning documents and 307 drafts already uploaded. The cadastre aims to increase transparency, speed approvals, and create consistent nationwide rules — positioning urban planning and reconstruction as more investor-friendly and digitally traceable sectors.
