The press service of the prosecutor general of Ukraine reported that the new law on nationalization has already entered into force. Recall that Ukraine proposed to nationalize all real estate owned by citizens of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.
In Kyiv, there are two enterprises — Avtomaz Ukraine and the organization with limited liability and foreign investments MAZ-Ukraine. Despite the name, these companies have final beneficial owners from the state structure controlled by the government of the Republic of Belarus.
During the pre-trial investigation, searches were carried out and an arrest was made. Also, the Ukrainian side seized cars from one of the enterprises. Organization MAZ-Ukraine lost 20 trucks. The total value of truck brand MAZ is estimated at almost $700.000.
Also, the Ukrainian side plans to remove the Belarusian ship. The nationalization of the ship will take place due to its involvement in the performance of military operations on the Russian side. Now the ship is in Odesa.
Belarusian activist Anton Motolko reports that since February 24, a large number of rockets have been launched from the territory of Belarus. 633 rockets have flown from Belarus to Ukrainian cities since the beginning of Russia’s war against Ukraine. The largest number of rockets came from Belarus on 9 March and 1 April.
The result: Belarus, though declaring its indifference to the war, is giving its territory to the aggressor. Also from mid-May, Belarus began to pull its troops to the borders with Ukraine.
