War is never good. It is already known that the Russian Federation has forcibly deported from Ukraine more than 16.000 children of various ages. Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers are killed and injured daily on the front line. All this affects the future of their families and Ukraine as a whole.
Therefore, the parliament of Ukraine wants to adopt a law allowing the military to have the right to the free deposit and storage of biological materials. This bill aims to ensure that every defender of Ukraine has the opportunity to become a parent, even if he gets injuries that affect the reproductive system. The law will remain in force until the end of martial law in the country.
At the moment, the cost of taking cells of the reproductive system for women is about $40, and for men – $12.
