The first batch of long-awaited weapons from Germany is already in Ukraine.
"German Panzerhaubitze 2000 with trained Ukrainian crews appeared in the Ukrainian artillery family. Importantly. This is the 6th type of 155-mm artillery, which strengthens our defense. Our warriors are already beating the enemy with M777, FH70, M109, AHS Krab, and Caesar. From now on, Ph2000 has joined this "club of the best"," Oleksii Reznikov, the minister of defense of Ukraine.
Ukraine's ambassador also confirmed Reznikov's words to Germany, who kept telling Scholz about the need to provide Ukraine with heavy weapons.
"Now, do not envy the Russian hordes in Ukraine. The ground under your feet will burn. Very literally. Thanks to Olaf Scholz for 7 self-propelled howitzers. But we need more heavy weapons to drive out the Russian barbarians," said ambassador Melnyk.
