According to the government website, permits for Ukrainian carriers came into force in 2021, and additional quotas are expected in 2022.
2021: additional 850 UC + 150 for import-export;
2022: increase in UC quotas to 3200 (+ 45%) and UC quotas for import-export to 1400 (+ 27%).
"In addition, the Azerbaijani side, at the request of the Ukrainian delegation, said that in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the case when goods from a third country are not cleared through customs, but only reloaded on the territory of Ukraine, the regulatory authorities will require permission to/from third countries," reported on the government portal of Ukraine.
The number of quotas between Ukraine and Azerbaijan was renewed for the first time in 10 years.
