Ukraine refines agreements with Turkey and Middle East partners

Talks focus on energy and logistics security

Ukraine is finalizing new agreements with Turkey aimed at strengthening energy and logistics security and is expanding engagement with countries in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said the Ukrainian team is completing arrangements for upcoming visits. He noted that the head of Naftogaz is working with the Turkish side to implement the understandings reached in Istanbul.

According to the president, cooperation with Turkey is one of the guarantees of energy and logistics security for Ukraine. He also said the diplomatic team is working on the Syrian track to reinforce cooperation.

Separately, Zelensky met representatives of Jewish communities on the occasion of Passover, including a military chaplain and a servicemember of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
