According to the minister, almost 45 high-tech aircraft companies have received tax benefits until 2025, as well as exemptions from taxes and import duties on high-tech equipment. He stressed that the total state investment in infrastructure investing-in-ukraine/starting-business-in-ukraine/start-a-project/" rel="dofollow">projects in 2021 amounted to $126 million.
Also, earlier, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated that the new state airline of Ukraine is planned to be called Ukrainian National Airlines.
Volodymyr Zelensky noted that consultants from France previously confirmed the practicality of creating a national airline. He also stated that Ukraine is ready to invest in its fleet, "load Ukrainian manufacturers and involve world leaders in joint projects in aircraft construction."
According to him, more than ten airports are currently being built and modernized in the country, increasing this figure.
A new national Ukrainian air carrier will be created with the participation of the European aircraft company Airbus. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and Airbus.
