It is planned that the annual circulation of electric delivery vans, platforms and other commercial vehicles on the CoolOn chassis will exceed 2.000 copies. The ambitious plans of the company are to start production of cars by 2022, as well as to organize the assembly of electric motors, traction batteries, control units and other electronics.
By 2025, the enterprise in Kryvyi Rih wants to produce about 20 thousand electric trucks a year on a regular basis.
Depending on the configuration of the chassis and the selected modification, the carrying capacity of the van ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 tons. The lithium iron phosphate battery has a capacity of 60 kWh, which should be enough to overcome 300 kilometers of travel on a single charge.
CoolOn will have one or two electric motors up to 120 kilowatts (163 hp). Depending on the wishes of customers, CoolOn can have a front-wheel drive layout, or an all-wheel drive system.
Murmuration Technology is a Kryvyi Rih startup that designs and manufactures equipment for commercial electric vehicles and light aircraft. The company began operations in 2014 with the production of drones for the army. In 2016, the company's specialists converted a decommissioned Turkish minibus into an electric bus. Based on the experience of creating this transport, the company decided to create their own commercial electric transport and enter industrial production volumes.
