Ukrainian industrial company “Interpipe” placed eurobonds in the amount of $ 300 mln

The coupon rate was 8.375% per annum and attracted about 50 foreign investors

“Interpipe” is a Ukrainian metalworking company that delivers its products to more than 80 countries of the world. The company has offices in Europe, the CIS, the Middle East and North America.

The Luxembourg stock exchange is responsible for the listing of eurobonds. The bank organizers are Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan. The maturity date is 2026.

53% of applications are from asset management companies.

Investors from the US (43%), the UK (26%), Europe (26%) and Asia (5%) bought most of the Eurobonds.
