That's how much money the landowners received from the sale of land. In December, the market volume increased by almost 30% in terms of land area and the number of sales agreements concluded. For the first time, the daily number of transactions for land sales exceeded 1.000, and this figure was observed 5 times a month.
Experts report that a record number of transactions was established on December 23, with about 1.200 transfers and more than 3.000 hectares of land sold. Land purchase and sale agreements mainly concern private agricultural land, 32.600 transactions.
The most significant number of sales transactions was arable land, it was bought in 86.2% of cases, followed by soybeans and pastures, which accounted for 10.6% of all transactions. According to registration, the average selling price per hectare of land was $1.441 per hectare. But it is worth understanding that the price varies depending on the type and location of the land. In 6 months, an average of about 470 deals were concluded with a total sales area of 150.000 hectares per day.
The most active in the Kharkiv region, where 1% of the total area of agricultural land in circulation was sold, followed by the Kherson region – 0.7%. They were following – Rivne, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, where only 0.1% of the land was sold.
