Advisor to the minister of foreign affairs Vadym Denysenko addressed the Ukrainians. He said that the Ukrainian military began to drive the occupiers away from Kyiv.
"We shot down five tanks. On March 10 at noon in Kyiv on the western outskirts of the city artillery battles are still heard," said the adviser.
As of March 10, the fighting continues. Ukrainians are effectively destroying Russian fascists near Kyiv.
