In particular, for consumers, including energy cooperatives, whose installed capacity does not exceed 150 kW, the "green" tariff for electricity produced by solar installations will be about $0.18/kWh (excluding VAT) for installations introduced in operation in 2019.
For generating plants that were commissioned after January 1, 2020, the "green" tariff will be $0.14/kWh (excluding VAT). The same tariffs are set for electricity generated by combined wind-solar systems.
Tariffs for electricity from biomass for consumers whose installed capacity does not exceed 150 kW will amount to $0.14/kWh (excluding VAT), regardless of the year the units are commissioned. The same tariffs are set for electricity produced from biogas.
For consumers, including energy cooperatives, whose installed capacity does not exceed 150 kW, the "green" tariff for electricity produced by wind turbines will amount to $0.13/kWh (excluding VAT) for installations commissioned in 2019. For generating plants that were commissioned after January 1, 2020, the "green" tariff will be $0.12/kWh (excluding VAT).
Tariffs for electricity generated by hydropower plants for consumers whose installed capacity does not exceed 150 kW will amount to $0.2/kWh (excluding VAT) for installations commissioned in 2019, and $0.18/kWh (excluding VAT) for installations commissioned after January 1, 2020.
For geothermal installations with a capacity of not more than 150 kW, tariffs are set: $0.17/kWh. (excluding VAT) for installations commissioned in 2019, and $0.15/kWh. (excluding VAT) for installations commissioned after January 1, 2020.
For installations with a capacity of more than 150 kW, which are owned by companies and enterprises, NEURC sets tariffs separately for each company. Next year, “green” tariffs for such generating systems will range from $0.07/kWh to $0.28/kWh (excluding VAT).
