The national commission on securities and stock market admitted to circulation in Ukraine the shares of 85 foreign companies, including the shares of the American company Pfizer.
UNN reports this with reference to the national securities and stock market commission.
“The national securities and stock market commission has adopted a number of decisions on the admission of foreign securities to the Ukrainian capital market. As a result, Ukrainian invest.com/investing-in-ukraine/service-for-investors/" rel="dofollow">investors can take advantage of the opportunity to invest in 85 securities of foreign issuers,” the message says.
It is reported that at a meeting in November 2021, the commission launched the circulation of such companies in the Ukrainian regulated and unregulated markets:
- Nike, Inc.
- Merck & Co., Inc.
- Paypal Holdings, Inc.
- Nvidia Corporation
- Pepsico, Inc.
- Pfizer Inc.
- Qualcomm Incorporated
- The Procter & Gamble Company
- The Walt Disney Company
- Starbucks Corporation
- United Parcel Service
- Walmart Inc.
“We have long been talking about expanding investment opportunities in a wider range of financial tools. Therefore, we welcome the arrival of new companies on the Ukrainian capital market, especially such reputationally strong and rather successful ones. For the Ukrainian capital market, this is not only an option to increase turnover, but also to integrate into international markets,” said Ruslan Maрomedov, сhairman of the national securities and stock market commission.
Earlier, on January 9, the national commission on securities and stock market of Ukraine admitted to circulation in Ukraine the shares of six companies — Facebook Inc., Tesla Inc., Netflix Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Visa Inc, and Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
