The app is already available for download in the App Store and Google Play. eTOLLs EU already uses more than 10.000 car owners. Distance early payment works for toll roads in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria and Hungary. The app reminds the driver of the payment expiration line and contains information on all toll roads and tariffs in the countries already listed in the application database.
Ukrainian developers note that work is still underway on the application, and the number of countries where it will be possible to apply eTOLLs will increase. Also, now the Ukrainian team is working on the creation of a program of routes. In the application update, it will be possible to lay the route from point A to point B, see all the paid sections of the route and get the trade cost of the trip.
"Driving on a toll road and not buying vignettes can lead to a big fine if the police stop you on the road. The situation is exacerbated by a lack of knowledge of the country's language. In addition, in Europe, the process of buying a vignette is not always convenient and does not always have the option of digital seals," said co-founder of the project Denis Dmytrov about the idea of the project.
In order to pay for the road through the Ukrainian application in the EU, you need to enter the car number, choose the country where you are, and enter your contact details. In the app, people can also select a form of payment.
