This was reported in the Ministry of justice of Ukraine.
"No matter how much the enemy wants to destroy and break us, but life goes on ... And a new one is born, despite the war. Since the beginning of the war with Russia, 4311 babies have been born in different parts of Ukraine.
Also during this time, Ukrainians have created almost 4.000 new families. 3.973 couples decided to officially strengthen their union during the war," the Ministry said.
