On May 4, during the Russian night attack against Ukraine, a Kinzhal missile complex flew out from the territory of Russia — a Kh-47 missile on a MiG-31K fighter. Previously, Kinzhal was considered unconditionally deadly weapons since they cannot be shot down.
However, a historic event took place with the help of the Ukrainian defenders: with the help of the American Patriot air defence, the Kinzhal was identified and destroyed in flight. Glory to Ukraine!
"Yes, we shot down the "unparalleled" Kinzhal! This happened during a night attack on May 4 in the skies of the Kyiv region," lieutenant general commander of the Ukrainian Air Force Mykola Oleshchuk.
"Unparalleled" — because that's what Russia calls its weapons before the Ukrainians destroy them.
