Even though the war in the country is still ongoing, foreigners are returning to Ukraine. Unfortunately, they cannot use planes to return to the cities of Ukraine. Planes for civilians non take to the skies due to the existence of constant danger in the airspace. Therefore, the only way to move around the country and enter it is by cars and trains. Therefore, the national operator of railway transportation Ukrzaliznytsia presented international tickets. They are created for foreigners who travel to Ukraine and move around it using trains. Tickets have information in Ukrainian and English. This helps foreigners feel comfortable and get information about the train number, departure and arrival times, and stations conveniently.
Currently, the project has already been transferred by foreign partners of railway transport. Ukrzaliznytsia is waiting for approval. Tickets are made following international rules and standards.
In addition, the company is developing an English-language project with information signs and navigation maps. Foreign guests often use trains to Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa. However, the operator changes the customer orientation throughout Ukraine.
