"We are with you! We will work to intensify sanctions against the Putin regime. We will continue to strengthen the diplomatic coalition around the world in support of Ukraine. I absolutely understand the need to continue financial support for Ukraine, to release grain exports. Grain is also a hostage to Putin, who is trying not to give food to the world."
