US Charge d'Affaires in Ukraine Christina Quinn spoke about the launch of a market in the country.
The first step in launching the land market of the Ukrainian government should focus on land mortgages and transparent public information about land transactions. This opinion was voiced by the Chargé d'Affaires of the United States in Ukraine Christina Quinn at the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30. Earth".
"The adoption of the law on the termination of the moratorium last year was a breakthrough moment for Ukraine. Landowners can now exercise their investing-in-ukraine/business-for-sale/buy-property/" rel="dofollow">property rights more flexibly. Further adoption of land laws is needed, which will create new opportunities for greater prosperity for the industry and the country. Parliament recently passed two important laws 2194 and 2195. These laws should now be put into practice. Loans should also be provided for small landowners so that everyone can participate in the business. They had guarantees against corruption in the land sphere. The market will soon open its doors and all participants must enter - and this applies to the international community," said Christina Quinn.
