Visa Foundation and Impact Force expand support for Ukrainian small business

The two-year partnership will scale entrepreneurship, inclusion and resilience programs for war-affected communities

Visa Foundation and the Ukrainian nonprofit Impact Force have launched a two-year partnership to support small businesses, entrepreneurs and vulnerable communities across Ukraine. The cooperation focuses on economic inclusion and practical recovery tools for people affected by the war.

The partnership will help scale Impact Force programs that combine business acceleration, education, mentoring and mental resilience support. These initiatives are designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, social businesses, displaced people, women entrepreneurs and families affected by the war.

Recovery through entrepreneurship

Impact Force already works with Ukrainian companies through programs such as Impact Business Accelerator and Dream and Achieve. It also runs initiatives aimed at reducing chronic stress and helping people return to work and business activity after trauma.

For small businesses, such support can mean access to mentors, networks, new skills and more sustainable revenue models. For communities, it creates a wider base of local employment and income at a time when recovery cannot rely only on large infrastructure projects.

The cooperation fits Visa Foundation’s global mission of supporting inclusive economies. In Ukraine, that mission has a very practical meaning: helping entrepreneurs keep businesses alive, rebuild confidence and create jobs in regions still shaped by wartime disruption.
