In total, 2.383 Ukrainians registered in the State register of the tax service. This figure is the highest since 2014. But let’s note that before the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine, there were only 320 volunteers in the country. Now, the total number of volunteers as of February 20 is 2.699.
It is noted that at the end of 2022 was registered the highest number of volunteers — 1.653 persons. The state tax service of Ukraine reports that the procedure for the registration of volunteers is carried out within 1 day, and unregulated activities are taxed (18%) on the income of individuals and 1.5% of military fees. Since 24 February, Ukrainians have been actively engaged in collecting the necessary materials and means to assist the armed forces and internally displaced persons. Some volunteers are sent to hot spots to deliver food, and essential uniforms, and evacuate people. At the same time, the volunteers know the laws and follow them.
