According to the State Statistics Service, in the first half of 2025, a total of 4.27 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Ukraine — 6.4% less than in the same period of 2024.

The majority of new housing was built in three regions:

📈 Regions with the Fastest Growth
Compared to the first half of 2024, the biggest increase in housing construction volumes was recorded in:

📉 Regions with Declines
At the same time, a sharp decline in housing construction was observed in some areas:
