Metinvest is the largest Ukrainian mining and metallurgical holding. It received recognition from professionals in personnel management at the all-Ukrainian HR Pro Awards 2021, where more than 70 companies from 15 sectors of the country's economy presented their projects.
Metinvest Polytechniс is an entirely new, the first non-state mining and metallurgical institution of higher education in Ukraine.
Metinvest Polytechnic won the Training and Development nomination and the individual social package My Choice in the Reward and Recognition nomination.
Education and development
Metinvest Polytechnic has developed modern educational programs and received the Ukraine Ministry of education and science licenses. According to international standards, technical education will receive 310 bachelors and 240 masters, who will be trained according to the dual system in nine demanded specialties.
The university will create modern laboratories for students. World leaders will provide equipment and technologies: Microsoft, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell Ukraine, Festo, UVEX and DEZEGA.

The second winning project is an individual social package My Choice, valid for over 60 thousand employees of the leading Ukrainian manufacturing enterprises and the IT company Metinvest Digital. Each employee can choose from six options for an annual benefit package:

HR Pro Awards in Brief
The Ukrainian Association of HR Professionals established the all-Ukrainian annual HR Pro Awards in 2021. Its goal is to celebrate the team and personal achievements of representatives of the profession, which will help improve the level of professional practices existing in Ukraine.
