3. How businesses qualify
The STS analyses six compliance criteria (turnover transparency, VAT discipline, wage fund, etc.). When all benchmarks are met:
-
The taxpayer is automatically added to the public register.
-
An info-notice and the name of a dedicated compliance manager appear in the Electronic Cabinet.
-
If the company prefers confidentiality, it may submit an e-notification to opt out of publication.
4. Benefits for “white” members
-
Fast-track consultations via the assigned manager.
-
Reduced likelihood of routine audits.
-
Priority access to pilot electronic services.
-
Reputational seal of approval for banks, investors and counterparties.
5. Agricultural sector in focus
With 1 150 group IV single-tax payers now on the list, agriculture is the fastest-growing cohort. STS officials note that streamlined compliance should translate into cheaper credit and smoother VAT refunds for these producers ahead of the 2025 harvest.
“Almost half of the Club has stayed with us since the first publication.
This stability shows that transparent business pays off.”
