Today was held the first in 15 years visit of the president of the United States to Ukraine. It is known that Joe Biden was in Kyiv as vice president and today — as a president. It is noticeable that this visit took place in the most challenging time of Ukraine's independence: when we fight for our independence, and for the independence of all Europe, and the inviolability of democratic principles and inviolability of human life.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy sincerely thanked Joe Biden for the support that the president and the whole America are giving Ukraine all the time the war is going on.
“The first call on the night of February 24 last year, our negotiations, the constant and unwavering strong attention to our struggle and defence of Ukrainian democracy, as well as Mr president Biden's personal contribution to strengthening the position of freedom in the world — this is something that will always be remembered in history,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The president of Ukraine confirmed that this victory is given by the forces of Ukrainians and the support of states that share the same civilised principles as we do.
