One can buy vast stretches of unused real estate, or they may choose an individual lot if that suits them better. There are no limits! It might be your ticket for those looking at building something new with fresh ideas and creativity because developing economies create more space than ever before while still maintaining affordability (especially now).
For whom is the land market open in Ukraine:
- Ukrainians;
- Foreigners investing in Ukraine;
- Stateless persons;
- Corporations.
Any citizen of a friendly country can purchase this type of property. However, there is one exception: agricultural areas were opened up only recently on July 1st, 2021 and so far they're only available to Ukrainian citizens.
This means if you want 100 hectares total per person then right now it's not possible unless your ethnic heritage includes Ukrainian ancestry because all sales will be subject till 2024 when an all-Ukrainian referendum takes place which should change some things regarding owning farmland according to possession rights across different parts.
