Today Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani had a telephone conversation. This was announced by the president of Ukraine.
"I had a phone call with the prime minister of Iraq Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani. I noted that Ukraine is ready for a new page of bilateral cooperation. We agreed to activate all existing cooperation mechanisms and launch new ones. The Ukrainian Peace Formula was also discussed," Zelenskyy.
We remind you that in 2011 Ukraine and Iraq signed an agreement on the provision of grain to the people of Iraq, and this year Iraq supported the Peace Formula.
